Built on the site of a multi-storey car park, this building houses shops, services, and offices on a strategic road.
Completed in 2016, each floor of this 8-storey office building has an area of 1,200 m². It has an incredible amount of active use, with 250 m² of shop windows on the ground floor. Environmental quality is a key feature of this building, which has been certified HQE, BREEAM and Effinergie+. A 900 m² garden at the centre of the block and a large green roof demonstrate that environmental well-being is a priority.
